• Recruitment schedules, profiles sourced, and interview coordinates are guidelines to help organizations.
• Client companies are responsible for validating candidate credentials, background details, and legal work eligibility.
• Candidates are responsible for providing accurate resumes, certifications, and career records.

2. B2B Client Terms

For corporate client partnerships:

• Recruitment commissions, placement margins, and replacement guarantee rules are defined in individual commercial agreements.
• Duplicating or bypassing Bestvin's candidate representation rules (e.g. directly hiring introduced profiles without registering) will violate our B2B engagement protocols.

3. Intellectual Property

All logo marks, graphics, copywriting layouts, code, and stylesheets on this website are the property of Bestvin. Duplicating pages is strictly prohibited.

4. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Vadodara, Gujarat.
