Thank you for partnering with Bestvin. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the guidelines regarding recruitment agreements, search cancellations, and replacement guarantees for our B2B tech staffing services.
1. Corporate Search Fees
For custom candidate searches and recruitment services initiated for our corporate clients:
- Retainer payments or initial search launch fees are non-refundable once recruitment sourcing and candidate mapping actions have begun.
- Success-based placement fees are invoiced upon candidate onboarding and are subject to the terms of the individual client agreement.
2. Candidate Replacement Guarantee
Most B2B placement contracts contain a standard replacement guarantee period (typically 90 days from the candidate's joining date):
- If a placed candidate resigns or is terminated for performance issues within the guarantee period, Bestvin will proactively source a replacement candidate at no extra cost.
- If a suitable replacement candidate cannot be identified within a contractually specified timeframe, credit terms or partial refunds may be issued as per the signed B2B service agreement.
3. Sourcing Cancellation
If a client company decides to cancel or freeze a vacancy after Bestvin has initiated active sourcing:
- The client is required to notify Bestvin immediately. Sourcing hours and work completed up to the date of cancellation will be assessed as per contract terms.
